People could be thrown into psych wards against their will, with the law using their records as an excuse to say they are at risk of harming themselves or others. Any records of suicidal thoughts, or admittance of homicidal thoughts will especially be used in this scenario. The psych ward is a re-packaged prison, only you dont even need to commit a crime or any harm to be thrown in there.

Mass psychosis

A dying system leads to desperate thoughts and unstable minds. With Pluto in Aquarius in USA’s 3H I do wonder if people’s therapy records could be used against them. .

There could also be a medication shortage or supply chain issue that leads to mass psychosis in some areas. Such an event would link to the above.
