Death row and the death penalty will be heavily discussed during Pluto in Aquarius. The death penalty debate will reach a point of extreme. There will likely be a very high profile and controversial execution case which creates a polarity among the population.

There’s a chance that someone who is viewing an execution in the death chamber will secretly video it, and that the footage will make its way online.

Some people will strongly condemn the death penalty, while others will feel it should be more commonplace. People will have very heated opinions about it.

There will be executions that open up a whole range of complex psychological/sociological analysis.

Another angle to this is that some people may take the death penalty into their own hands... people may try to kill people they feel deserve the death penalty.

It's possible we could see a series of public executions during Pluto in Aquarius. Death, execution, assassination, are all themes that will all come up a lot with this transit.

The last time Pluto was in Aquarius, the guillotines came out in France. Who’s to say the same won’t happen again somewhere?

There could be some very sudden unlawful public executions & assassinations. Shooting, guillotine or hanging. The people this targets are most likely to be rich or high-ranking officials in government/police, especially ones who are murderers, child molesters and sex traffickers.

The people who are targeted for sudden execution will likely be serial offenders in powerful positions that evade justice at every turn.
